DataM8 — A database-backed Python library for docking workflows

DataM8 is a Python library for storing, organizing, and querying ligands and their conformers, receptor, and docking data in a PostgreSQL-backed registry. It combines ligand registration, target/receptor management, docking result tracking, scoring-function mapping, and consensus analysis behind a single importable package.

The platform streamlines large-scale docking campaigns by combining high-throughput performance, easy workflow integration, structured registry management, and built-in analytical tools. This reduces operational complexity, strengthens reproducibility, and helps researchers convert docking data into reliable insights more efficiently.

PyProtif — PyMol plugin to retrieve and visualize protein motifs for structural studies

In this work, we have developed PyProtif, a plugin for the PyMOL molecular visualization program, which automatically retrieves protein structural and functional motifs from different databases and integrates them in PyMOL for visualization and analyses. Through an expendable menu and a user-friendly interface, the plugin grants the users the ability to study simultaneously multiple proteins and to select and manipulate each motif separately.

The plugin will be of great interest for structural, evolutionary and classification studies of proteins.

A web server designed to assess the quality of protein tertiary structures with minimal user friction. ODIN integrates a broad ensemble of widely-used protein quality assessment programs and delivers a fast consensus quality score representing the overall quality of the submitted protein module.

Directly applicable in pharmaceutical and structural biology pipelines — enabling rapid, standardised protein quality evaluation without requiring specialised tool expertise from the end user.
